Horno San José is a family business with over 100 years of history founded in 1909 in Torrelavega, Cantabria, by Aquilina Gutiérrez Sánchez and Manuel Fernández González. Storage: In a cool and dry place, without abrupt changes in temperature and without sun exposure.
Usage: Cut the chocolate and add it to heat milk. Stir until boiling, let stand and consume. The complete bar needs 1 liter of milk (40 gr of chocolate per 200ml of milk).
